Governance
Coalition Mission
The Coalition is a global, multi-stakeholder, public-spirited organization dedicated to advancing the responsible deployment of DAC to help reduce climate change.
Our governance structure and policies ensure that we act for the benefit of the movement, not any single stakeholder or group.
Stakeholder Collaboration
We exist to help our members and to advance the DAC movement.
Members and Partners, in consultation with Observers, will help drive the DAC Coalition activities by articulating the programming, networking and resource development they need to build the emerging DAC industry.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors includes representatives from industry, non-profit and academic institutions, and the general climate discipline. We will ensure that there is representation from front-line communities most impacted by emissions, from the Global South, and from the full carbon supply chain, and we will strive for gender equity across the board.
